Patriots, Tom Brady have suffered enough: Let the QB play Week 1

The Tom Brady ruling came down like two tons of bricks Monday, and somewhere in Maine ol' Judge Berman spit out his free coffee.

That would be Richard Berman, the U.S. district judge who had ruled that Roger Goodell "dispensed his own brand of industrial justice" in suspending Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback, for four games over his alleged role in Deflategate.

Berman might have been blitzed harder than Brady by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which notarized the NFL commissioner's right to do what he did in clear and simple terms.
