New England Patriots trade: What to know about DB Eric Rowe, reportedly acquired from Philadelphia Eagles

The New England Patriots have another reclamation project -- this one in the secondary.

Since the spring, the Pats acquired two former top 10 picks (Jonathan Cooper, Barkevious Mingo), a former first-round pick (Donald Brown, who failed to make the roster), and now a former second-round pick.

The Pats swung a deal with the Eagles Tuesday, sending veteran guard Josh Kline and a draft pick -- which will end up as either a third or fourth-round choice -- for second-year Eagles defensive back Eric Rowe, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss and Adam Schefter.

The initial takeaway: That's a decent pricetag for Rowe, who was drafted 47th overall out of Utah a year ago.
