Forbes released their list of Most Valuable Sports Franchises and the New England Patriots rank sixth overall.
As a heads up, all valuations for NFL teams were completed at the beginning of the 2017 NFL season, so the Patriots are still valued at $3.7 billion and are the second-most valuable NFL franchise behind the Dallas Cowboys.
The Patriots have ranked in sixth-place for three straight years after tying for third-place in 2015. The Cowboys are joined by three soccer clubs in Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Barcelona, along with the New York Yankees to round out the top five.
