The estate of former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez, who died in prison last week while serving a life sentence for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, has a value of $0.00, according to court documents.
The disclosure of the estate came about as a result of Shayanna Jenkins Hernandez’s attempt to sell Hernandez’s North Attleborough, Mass. home. Hernandez bought the 15-room, 7,100-square-foot home in 2012 for about $1.2 million, and the home is listed on realtor.com for roughly that amount. (The home features “a waterfall, a movie theater, a wet bar, built-in grill, jetted tub, gourmet kitchen and three-car garage” plus “a finished basement with a sauna, ice bath and space for a workout room,” according to the Boston Herald.
