NFL Free Agency is officially here, and the next few days will feature several New England Patriots rumors. The Patriots have yet to make any notable moves, but that will likely change at some point. With that in mind, here are a few of the more interesting rumors and news tidbits on the Patriots.
Patriots Bringing In Anquan Boldin?
The Patriots missed out on Rishard Matthews and are still searching for WR help. It might come in the form on Anquan Boldin.
Still on the wide receiver hunt, Pats have spoken with Anquan Boldin's people and James Jones (formerly of the Packers)

Boldin is an aging WR, but can be the outside weapon the Patriots need. He'd likely be cheap given his age and desire to win a Super Bowl. Jones has found success in Green Bay, but hasn't been quite as good when not with the Packers. Of course, he'd probably perform well with Tom Brady.
James Starks An Option?
The Patriots have Dion Lewis and James White at RB right now, but that's it. They're in the market for another player, and it could be James Starks.
Some #Patriots visitor today, along with Chris Hogan: RB Benny Cunningham, #Packers RB James Starks, TE Clay Harbor.

Cunningham and Hogan are both restricted free agents, with Hogan a WR for the Bills. Starks could very well elect to stay with Green Bay, especially since they want a compliment for Eddie Lacy. Cunningham could be picked up since the Rams have Toddy Gurley at RB.
