* A FUNNY THING TENDS to happen when the Wolf Pack hires a new coach. Initially, they say everything is in place for the Wolf Pack to win at a high level, and they probably believe it in the euphoria of the moment. But slowly, a year or two down the road, the message changes, off-the-record complaints about the budget, the facilities or the academic requirements becoming a prominent message.
