Team on the rise
* Penn State: The Nittany Lions rallied from 28-7 down to win the Big 10 title and moved from eighth to sixth in my Top 25 behind Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson, Washington and Michigan. The College Football Playoff Selection Committee didn’t have an easy job this season (other than putting Bama first) but the top four should be Alabama, Ohio State, Clemson and Washington in whatever order you prefer.
