The Nebraska volleyball team will chase the feeling for one more week, and they’ll do so in Columbus, Ohio, site of the NCAA Final Four.
Since last January the Huskers set out to chase the feeling from last season, when the Huskers won the national championship. The goal from Day 1 has been to win the program’s first consecutive national titles.
The latest most-important step in meeting that goal came Saturday, when the second-ranked Huskers had a dominating 25-16, 25-10, 25-21 win against No. 7 Washington in the Lincoln Regional final.
Now the Huskers will play in the national semifinals on Thursday, facing the winner of Saturday’s match between Texas and Creighton.
