Lincoln Public Schools announced Tuesday in a news release that it will move a prep football doubleheader to Saturday, Sept. 30 at Memorial Stadium.
The two games -- Lincoln Southwest vs. North Platte and Lincoln Northeast vs. Fremont -- were originally scheduled at Seacrest Field for the previous day, but it would pit the two games against Nebraska's 7 p.m. Sept. 29 kickoff at Illinois in Champaign.
The Silver Hawks will face the Bulldogs at 1 p.m. with the Rockets and Tigers taking the field at 4:30 p.m.
Game ticket prices, which include all-season athletic passes and individual game prices, will be the same as at Seacrest Field.
