#LosHuskers Show Balance in 108-73 Win

Barcelona - Freshman Jack McVeigh’s 18 points led seven Huskers in double figures, as Nebraska rolled to a 108-73 victory over the Europe Basketball Academy on Saturday.

McVeigh, who also grabbed 10 rebounds, had five of his points in an 11-1 run to close the first half, including a 3-pointer in the waning seconds of the period.

The Huskers shot 53 percent from the field, including 59 percent in the second half, had all 12 players who played crack the scoring column, as six players had between 10 and 12 points.

Sophomore Jake Hammond had 12 points on 6-of-7 shooting, while Shavon Shields, Andrew White III and Glynn Watson Jr.
