Lincoln, Neb. - The Husker Rifle team fell to No. 1 TCU at the Nebraska Rifle Range today on Senior Day, 4,709-4,686. Sophomore Elena Flake was the top individual shooter for the match but the Huskers fell short overall.
In smallbore Flake led the Huskers with a career-high 589, the highest smallbore score from any Husker this season. Hana Musser followed with 585 and Emily Cheramie added 581. Bailey Powell and Samantha Peterson fired 567 and 556, respectively, to round out the squadded scores.
Cheramie was out front for the Huskers in air rifle, firing 596.
