The Nebraska softball team has added right-handed pitcher Sarah Harness to its roster, Head Coach Rhonda Revelle announced on Thursday, June 16. Harness joins the Huskers as a transfer from Southern Illinois, where she earned All-MVC First Team honors last season.
"Nebraska Softball got better today with the addition of Sarah Harness," Revelle said. "Sarah, combined with our talented pitchers that return next year gives reason for great optimism for another successful season. Sarah can flat out pitch, and her strongest pitches are very complimentary to our other pitchers' best pitches.
"She brings a competitive fire, a high pitching IQ, and a desire and talent to be an immediate impact player.
