Husker freshman Roby hoping he's past the 'rough' part

If he wasn't patient before, freshman forward Isaiah Roby has certainly learned the fine art of waiting since joining the Nebraska basketball program.

In early July, before he could even really get his NCAA Division I career started, the four-star, national top-100 recruit was diagnosed with a stress reaction in his pelvis. The pain had bothered him since high school, but the cause was only discovered after he got to Lincoln.

The only cure was sitting out. And waiting. Waiting until the end of last week, to be more specific. Now cleared for all activities, Roby still only practices about 30 to 40 minutes each day while finishing his recovery.
