UCF football player shot in arm outside bar

University of Central Florida defensive back Chris Williams was shot outside a bar called King Tut’s lounge in Orlando over the weekend. The injuries are not life-threatening.

According to Brandon Helwig of UFCSports.com, the 20-year-old Williams posted the photo you see above on Facebook Saturday and noted that he was recovering from multiple gunshot wounds to the arm.

“I’m okay everybody I got shot in arm twice but I good,” the redshirt freshman wrote.

WFTV 9 in Orlando reports that investigators believe there was a “physical fight” before the shooting.

Williams is obviously fortunate to be alive.
