Notre Dame freshman CB out for season after tearing ACL

Notre Dame freshman cornerback Shaun Crawford will miss the entire 2015 season with an injury, the school announced Wednesday night.

Crawford, a four-star recruit in the 2015 class, suffered an ACL tear during Wednesday afternoon’s practice.

The 5-foot-9, 180-pound prospect out of Ohio was ranked a top 15 player at his position in the 2015 class by 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings.
