The Green Team was on the losing end of a 9-3 final score in Michigan State’s annual spring game, but several of its players had noteworthy performances.

Shilique Calhoun was the headliner of the bunch, as he finished the game with four sacks. Calhoun was in the backfield on almost every single play, which frustrated White Team quarterback Connor Cook to the point where he heaved the ball about 60 yards downfield following one of Calhoun’s four sacks.

Offensive line coach Mark Staten had high praise for Calhoun following the game.
