Iowa State suspends freshman guard Nick Noskowiak indefinitely

When Iowa State made its way to Spain to play some exhibition games earlier this month, they did so without one of their newest additions. Freshman guard Nick Noskowiak remained home due to what were cited as “family issues” at the time of the announcement. Thursday afternoon, it was reported by the Ames Tribune that the Wisconsin native has also been dealing with some legal issues.

Per the paper’s report, Noskowiak ran afoul of the law in both late May and ten days ago in two separate cases. In late May Noskowiak was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, with the more recent case resulting in charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety (a felony offense), criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct (these two are misdemeanors).
