Florida cornerback J.C. Jackson was arrested Saturday night following an armed robbery. The redshirt freshman is currently being held in Alachua County Jail on a $150K bond.
Gators’ head coach Jim McElwain has released a statement.
McElwain says he is “aware of the news” and doesn’t “condone any of his actions.”

Jackson redshirted the 2014 season after injuring himself in the season opener.
