North Carolina commit Jalek Felton, the nephew of former Tar Heel guard Ray Felton, is one of the best players in the Class of 2017. Rivals currently ranks Felton as the No. 6 overall prospect in the 2017 class and the 6-foot-3 Felton is a high-level playmaker who can score or distribute.
