Big name players like Chris Paul of the Houston Rockets and John Wall of the Washington Wizards both make appearances in our top 10 lists.

The Charlotte Hornets went out and overpaid Terry Rozier this past season, but he does not make our top 10 list; however, two other Hornets do in Bismack Biyombo and Nicolas Batum.
