Thunder's Nerlens Noel takes hard fall, exits game on stretcher

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Thunder center Nerlens Noel was taken off on a stretcher midway through the third quarter after a hard fall where his head appeared to hit the hardwood floor.

Noel went up to contest a dunk by Andrew Wiggins and landed on his back, with his head bouncing off the floor. He appeared to go unconscious as he laid under the basket.

Noel was moving as staff attended to him, and he appeared to regain consciousness as he was taken off the floor. Noel was called for a foul on the play, and after a review, officials ruled no flagrant foul was committed.
