A who's who of the local lacrosse community turned out for Thursday night's Chesapeake Chapter of US Lacrosse Hall of Fame dinner.
Harbor Hills Yacht Club was barely big enough to contain the crowd of more than 100 that came to honor 2017 inductees Dave Cottle and Jim Moorhead.
A slew of former Severn School players showed up to support Cottle, who began his illustrious coaching career at the small private school in Severna Park. There were also large contingents of players that Cottle coached on the collegiate level at Loyola and Maryland while compiling a 279-115 career record.
