Ever since David Poile’s July 1st signings, the Nashville Predators have been relatively quiet. The Predators made many key moves that will help restock their already powerful lineup. Forwards Scott Hartnell and Nick Bonino, and defenseman Alexi Emelin were among the most notable. Those moves came on July 1st, the first day of the NHL Free Agency period.
Since then, there has been little to no news coming out of the Predators front office. Until Monday, it was if no one was even home. No reports, no news, no tweets, nothing. In the Predators defense though, a few weeks off was long overdue, and well deserved after a longer season than usual.
