Obviously, this is not everyone's favorite signing. David Poile has publicly made some statements to justify this move, but for many this is a bridge too far.
We're still keeping tabs on his suit, and as of today the magistrate judge has granted a 30 day extension before the change of venue statement is due. Both sides of the suit have pushed for an extension to "work out a resolution".
Plenty of people have a right to be critical of David Poile and how he has managed the assets in Nashville, but this is a far deeper and personal complaint that will be arising out of this signing.
