Canadiens sign Jeremiah Addison to entry level contract

Montreal Canadiens General Manager Marc Bergevin announced the signing of forward Jeremiah Addison to a three-year entry level contract.

Addison saw an extended stay with the Canadiens at training camp this year. He was only one of two junior eligible players who stayed after rookie camp to join the main camp without an entry level contract (Giovanne Fiore was the other), but did not see any preseason action.

He played this season with the Windsor Spitfires, the same team where highly-touted prospect Mikhail Sergachev plays and will be headed to the Memorial Cup at the end of the playoffs.
