Mamed Khalidov knocked out middleweight champ Michal Materla in 31 seconds to claim title.
For the first time in five years, Mamed Khalidov is once again a KSW champion.
The Chechen-Polish superstar made a triumphant return to the promotion following an 11-month layoff. The former KSW light-heavyweight champ underwent spinal surgery following his unanimous decision win against Brett Cooper and faced mental challenges in the lead-up to his return. His struggle was well documented, but in the end, it was not enough to stop his from completing a 31-second victory against longtime friend and middleweight champion Michal Materla.
