The Englishman earned a $50,000 Performance of the Night bonus for his impressive technical knockout win over welterweight contender Donald Cerrone at Saturday’s UFC event in Gdansk, Poland. From the very beginning of the fight, Till got the better of the striking exchanges, while managing to stop Cerrone’s takedowns. With this performance, Till remained unbeaten in MMA with a record of 16-0-1.
Poland’s Jan Blachowicz was the other Performance of the Night award winner. The 34-year-old veteran scored a second-round submission win over Devin Clark, and managed to put an end to a two-fight losing streak.
