UFC fighter Desmond Green is currently being held on bonds totaling $194,000 after being charged with 20 counts related to a deadly car crash in Florida last August.
According to court records, Green was taken into custody on Tuesday where he remains at the Broward County jail in Florida. News of Green’s arrest was first reported by the Sun Sentinel on Wednesday.
Green faces numerous charges related the crash that left two people dead and several more injured. The charges include multiple counts of DUI manslaughter, DUI and serious bodily injury, possession of cocaine, marijuana possession, and driving without a license, which was a second offense for the veteran lightweight competitor.
