Johnny Case stayed undefeated inside the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Octagon after defeating Yan Cabral via unanimous decision at last night's (Sat. Nov. 7, 2015) UFC Fight Night 77 even in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
But, it came at a hefty price.
The 26-year old standout revealed to the media that he suffered a broke left thumb and broken left foot during his lightweight bout. He also banged up his shin pretty good.
But, as Case revealed, the victory -- which was his twelve in a row -- helps ease the pain.
