Victory FC announced this week that the promotion’s heavyweight titlist will be facing a new opponent at VFC 57.
Reigning champion Daniel Gallemore will take on late-replacement challenger Daniel James in the main event, which will take place on May 5 in Topeka, Kan. James replaces original Gallemore foe Razak Al-Hassan.
The vacant VFC flyweight title will be on the line next week as well when former bantamweight champ Nick Mamalis drops down to 125 pounds to face Kevin Gray in the co-feature.
Darrick Minner will take on fellow featherweight Justin Overton while Josh Pfeifer will collide with Cody Carillo in a lightweight showdown.
