Two suspects have been apprehended and charged for the alleged hit-and-run accident that killed UFC veteran Ryan Jimmo, the Edmonton Police Service confirmed with MMA Fighting on Wednesday.
Both suspects are currently being held in custody, according to an EPS spokesperson. Anthony Getschel, 23, has been charged with "second degree murder, criminal negligence causing death, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and fail to stop at scene of accident involving death," while Jordan Wagner, 21, has been charged with "accessory after the fact to murder."
Jimmo died Sunday night after being struck by a vehicle in the parking lot outside of an Edmonton sports bar.
