The 28th season of The Ultimate Fighter is being dubbed “Heavy Hitters” and it’s promising action in the largest male and female weight classes.
The UFC announced Wednesday the cast for TUF 28, which is set to feature eight heavyweights and eight women’s featherweights competing for a six-figure UFC contract. This will be the first time that TUF has hosted a women’s 145-pound tournament.
The coaches for the season are UFC middleweight champion and TUF: The Smashes winner Robert Whittaker, and top middleweight contender and TUF 17 winner Kelvin Gastelum.
