The first of three consecutive Ultimate Fighting Championship events on Thursday in Las Vegas was memorable, not just because Eddie Alvarez knocked out Rafael dos Anjos for the lightweight title but because the entire card was loaded with action. From thrilling knockouts and stellar submissions to brawls that were too close to call, UFC Fight Night “Dos Anjos vs. Alvarez” had it all.
The same can be said for the walkout songs.
Alvarez opted to use “Victory” (Puff Daddy feat. Notorious B.I.G.) as his entrance music, and it obviously worked.
