Last weekend, I watched Justin Gaethje rematch Luis Palomino for the World Series of Fighting lightweight championship. Perhaps best known as the only Peruvian to tap out to a Peruvian Necktie in a major MMA organization, Palomino is a tough and credible fighter--what I think of as one of MMA's elite journeymen.
