Ultimate Fighting Championship welterweight contender Rory MacDonald was on the losing end of a hellacious beating from 170-pound champion Robbie Lawler in the co-main event of UFC 189 back on July 11. The bout, which also saw Lawler absorb an ungodly amount of punishment, was heralded as one of the best fights in the history of the UFC, but MacDonald paid a hefty price for his bravery.
