Bellator MMA bantamweight champion Patrick Mix tackles a previously conquered challenger in the Bellator Champions Series 2 headliner, as he rematches Magomed Magomedov< on Friday at Accor Arena in Paris. It marks the company’s fourth visit to France.
Mix enters the cage with the vigor of a six-fight winning streak driving him forward. With five finishes in those victories, the 30-year-old seems to have entered his prime at the right time. During his first meeting with Magomedov at Bellator 289, Mix put the Russian to sleep with a guillotine choke in the second round.
