Alexis Davis will resume her MMA career by taking on Sara McMann in a women’s bantamweight bout at The Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale.
The news was first reported by ESPN, and was later confirmed by MMA Fighting.
Davis hasn’t fought since April 2015, as she took time off her MMA career due to pregnancy. She gave birth to her son earlier this year. The last time Davis stepped into the Octagon she defeated Sarah Kaufman via second-round arm bar. Prior to that, Davis suffered a quick knockout loss, challenging Ronda Rousey for the title at UFC 175.
