Alan Jouban wasn’t satisfied with just putting on a Fight of the Night candidate.
The Versace model put himself in line to pick up a Performance of the Night bonus as well, knocking Ben Saunders out cold with a straight left in the second round to put a stop to their thrilling welterweight encounter at UFC on FOX 28 in Orlando, Fla., on Saturday.
Jouban and Saunders were locked into a back-and-forth standup struggle until Jouban started to pull away in round two, blistering “Killa B” with kicks and elbows. A wobbly Saunders couldn’t get out of the way as Jouban loaded up the finishing blow that left him flat on his back.
