Toronto FC beat the Montreal impact 5-2 in the second leg of the MLS Eastern Conference Finals thanks to goals two minutes apart in the first half of extra time.
The two Canadian sides were battling for a trip to the finals of the MLS Cup Playoffs. It turned into an all-time MLS playoff series thanks to great offense and fairly poor defense from both sides.
The impact won the first leg 3-2 in Monteal; a 0-0 tie would see them through to the final. That was never going to be the result of this particular second leg.
