In a thrilling Eastern Conference Final that saw a total of 12 goals throughout the series, Toronto FC came out on top 7-5 to become the first ever Canadian team to play in an MLS Cup Final, beating Montreal and Vancouver to the punch. Toronto are now set to host the MLS Cup as Seattle will travel to take on the Eastern Conference Champions on December 10th. After going down 3-2 in the first leg in Montreal, Toronto were able to break down the Montreal defense 5 times at home to claim the Eastern Conference title.
