New York Yankees outfielder and No. 2 prospect Spencer Jones smoked a 470-foot home run during a spring training game against the Detroit Tigers on Saturday afternoon.

Jones' sixth-inning shot, which was off right-hander Mason Englert, featured a 109.2 mph exit velocity.

The Yankees selected the 6'6" Jones, a former Vanderbilt star, with the No. 25 overall pick in the 2022 MLB draft. He amassed 16 home runs, 66 RBI and 43 stolen bases in 117 games combined last year for Single-A Hudson Valley and Double-A Somerset.

FanGraphs projects him to have "well above average" power at the MLB level someday, grading him as a 70 out of 80 on that scale.
