ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Rays slugger Evan Longoria has a bruised left wrist after getting hit by a pitched ball.

Longoria left in the fifth inning of Monday night's game against Washington after being struck by Taylor Hill's pitch.
