Cubs vs. Dodgers: News, Notes & Storylines For Game 6

The Chicago Cubs are set to host the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 6 of the NLCS with the Cubs leading 3-2. The most critical game of the postseason to this point, a win would push the favored Cubs into the World Series for the first time since 1945. Can they do it, or will the Dodgers force a Game 7? Here's everything you need to know going into tonight's game:

Cubs chasing history
Obviously the biggest storyline of the game is if Chicago can shake their demons and just make the World Series. They haven't won a title since 1908, but haven't even been to the World Series since 1945. Even more alarming, the Cubs are 0-6 in potential series-clinching LCS games - in other words, they have never won a LCS game to go to the World Series. A strong start would certainly held ease the minds of Cubs fans.

Can Kershaw dominate again?
Clayton Kershaw has been the most dominant pitcher of the postseason, and the Dodgers are putting him on the mound tonight. In his first start of the series in Game 2, he only allowed two hits while leading LA to a 1-0 win. Can Chicago solve the Kershaw riddle, or will he force a Game 7?
