CINCINNATI -- Nationals starter Stephen Strasburg left Friday night's 5-2 loss after throwing only 16 pitches to the Cincinnati Reds.
Manager Matt Williams said after the game that Strasburg experienced tightness in his left trapezius muscle and would be re-evaluated Saturday.
Strasburg has struggled in May, failing to reach the fourth inning in three of his four previous starts.
