I’m not crying. You are! It was a bittersweet afternoon at Hearnes on Sunday as Mizzou held its final home meet of the season, and as such, recognized a really incredible group of seniors. While some are definitively out of eligibility (Hollyn Patrick, Sienna Schreiber), others could return for an extra year if they so choose (we think): Kyra Burns, Alonna Kratzer, Amaya Marshall, Kalise Newson, Sydney Schaffer, and Mara Titarsolej.
When asked post-meet what the seniors have meant to her, as someone who’s just getting started in her Mizzou career, freshman Kennedy Griffin said, “Honestly they’ve made the transition from high school to college now incredibly easy.
