Mizzou lands three on SEC All-Freshman Team

COLUMBIA, MO. • Missouri led the Southeastern Conference with four selections on All-Freshman Team - a team that didn't include the Tigers' 1,000-yard rusher. Mizzou wide receivers Dimetrios Mason and Jonathan Johnson and safety Ronnell Perkins all made the team with Johnson appearing at two positions: all-purpose and return specialist.

Freshman running back Damarea Crockett didn't make the team even though he had more rushing yards (1,062) than the two freshmen who made the team, Kentucky's Benny Snell Jr. (1,057) and Texas A&M's Trayveon Williams (1,024), and played in one fewer game. Crockett was suspended for Mizzou's season-ending win over Arkansas after his arrest of marijuana possession.
