Missouri women's golf competed in the 2017 LSU Tiger Classic over the weekend at University Golf Club in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Tigers performed well on the weekend, shooting +32 as a team, but it was a powerful final round that earned the team a sixth-place team finish in the tournament.
The Tigers' strong final round was paced by senior Jessica Meek, who recorded a season-best round of 69. Meek also recorded one of her best overall tournament performances of the season, finishing tied for 16th in the individual rankings.
"I'm really pleased with today's finish at the LSU Classic," coach Stephanie Priesmeyer said.
