The top-ranked safety in the state of Louisiana has committed to Missouri.
Ishmael Burdine, a three-star safety out of Slidell, La., announced his commitment to Missouri in a video released via his Twitter account.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound defensive back picked Missouri over 19 other offers, including Wisconsin and Mississippi State. Missouri now has 13 total commitments in its 2019 class, and Burdine is the third-highest ranked per the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
