The Nixa High School senior holds eight scholarship offers from NCAA Division-I football teams. Missouri State, Illinois State and Wyoming are among the teams attempting to land Allen on their 2018 football rosters.
Football lives in Allen’s genes. His father, former Northern Iowa quarterback Terry Allen, coached at Missouri State, Kansas, Northern Iowa and Iowa State. His brother, Chase Allen, turned down offers from Michigan and Nebraska to play football at Iowa State. His cousin, Kickapoo High School graduate Travis Vokolek, is a freshman tight end for the Scarlet Knights of Rutgers.
