Jeffrey Simmons is a transcendent talent and has backed it up throughout his Mississippi State tenure thus far. While he stands at 6’4” 300 lbs with an arsenal of weaponry at defensive tackle, it is composure that Simmons must focus on against Auburn. When at his best, he is capable of changing the tone of a game, as his skillset speaks for itself.
Simmons’ start to the season has been steady. Though without a sack, he has accumulated 21 total tackles in five games. Given his ability to push the line, look for Simmons to take advantage against an exposed Tiger offensive line and running game.
